Largs Piping Club

Then you should be looking for an experienced instructor who can help you to acquire the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Whether you want to be able to play a few tunes for your own enjoyment or you would like to play at functions, events or at New Year, perhaps you just want to enjoy playing with other pipers and play good music in a relaxed group environment.
There is also the opportunity to add to your educational qualifications via SQA system. (Perhaps as a second instrument when sitting Higher Music).
The Scottish Qualifications Authority’s (SQA) in Scottish Bagpipes cover the skills and knowledge pipers need for performing on Scottish Bagpipes.
The awards have been developed by the SQA in partnership with the Piping and Drumming Qualifications Board (PDQB).
They are based on National standards of design, teaching assessment and certification.
They will enable a consistent approach to the study of Scottish Bagpipes.
Whatever your aims - Largs Bagpiping Club, now successfully running for 3 years, will help you to achieve them.
